Dokolo -The people of Dokolo gathered to bid a heartfelt farewell to Her Worship Dr. Irene Namae, the outgoing grade one magistrate, whose transfer to Kampala has left a void in the district’s judicial system.

Described as “passionate,” “committed,” “jolly,” “simple,” and “loved,” Dr. Namae’s dedication, compassion, and exceptional work ethic have earned her widespread admiration.

During a farewell event at St. James Institute of Science and Technology, Joe Elyak, court clerk, shared overwhelming compliments from litigants about Dr. Namae’s exceptional job.

Ismail Sulaiman Masaba, Deputy RDC Dokolo, urged the community to celebrate her achievements.

David Nabende, Resident Senior State Attorney, recalled meeting a “jolly” Dr. Namae in Iganga district and attested that she exhibits high professional etiquette.

William Wamimbi, Magistrate Grade One from Apala, praised Dr. Namae’s dedication and hard work.

Ezra Mucunguzi, OC Prison Dokolo, noted Dr. Namae never forgot remanded suspects, treating everyone with respect and dignity.

Dokolo District Police Commander SP Patience Baganzi marveled at Dr. Namae’s simplicity and compassion.

Barbara Akech, Dokolo Resident District Commissioner, lauded Dr. Namae’s guidance of the District Security Committee and attempted to have her transfer canceled.

In her remarks, Dr. Namae expressed gratitude to the Dokolo community for their love and support.

Her passion and commitment have left an indelible mark on the district. She will always be remembered as a remarkable and compassionate judicial officer who went above and beyond to serve the people of Dokolo.
